Manu Menon, Founder & CEO
Manu traded his decade-long successful career in a dozen countries for a chance to revolutionise talent development in an AI-driven world.
Manu is an award-winning strategist and instrumental in building innovative AI & IoT products at Bosch and Schneider Electric. He specialises in business strategy and organisation consultancy.
He holds an MiM and MSc from EDHEC Business School France, an engineer's degree from NIT Warangal, and executive education from University of California, Berkeley. He was also a rank holder and scholar at EDHEC.
Swetha Shankar, Co-Founder & CTO
Swetha is a full-stack developer with a decade of expertise in AI-driven product engineering across GenAI, NLP, computer vision and emotion AI.
She started her career with a strong foundation in software engineering and problem-solving at CGI, Cognizant and startup, Jouve. Through hands-on product experience as emotion AI specialist for in-car assistant at Bosch, her expertise extended into end-to-end product development, balancing technical depth with design principles and business outcomes.
Swetha is an iSAQB and Bosch certified software architect. She holds an engineer’s degree from Amrita University.
Anoop Menon, Co-Founder & Marketing Lead
Anoop is an AI-driven marketeer with expertise in strategic communications and psychology.
Having led marketing initiatives at Bosch and in ad agencies like MullenLowe, ITW, he has a blended experience building ROI-driven campaigns in corporate and consulting roles. He specialises in bridging psychology and marketing along with AI to turbocharge disruptive marketing strategies that bring superior reach and efficiency.
Anoop is a certified GenAI digital marketeer. He holds Master’s in communications and psychology from Christ University.
