Throughout the document, Skillstr, Bricostrat Labs LLP and company have been used interchangeably but they refer to the same legal entity mentioned.

1.5 Audio and Video Recordings
To support Skillstr’s training features, we may collect and process audio or video recordings that you voluntarily submit while using the app. These recordings may include your voice, speech patterns, expressions, or other information that could identify you.
Recordings are stored securely in encrypted form and are associated with your Skillstr user ID (not your email or phone number). We collect and process these recordings only with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time through your account settings.
To continuously improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and personalisation of our coaching features, Skillstr processes audio and video recordings for model development and service enhancement. This processing is necessary for us to provide, maintain, and improve the Skillstr platform and forms part of our legitimate interest in operating and advancing the service.
Recordings are used in a controlled and secure manner for model training and system improvement. You may request deletion of your recordings at any time, after which they will no longer be used for future training. Where technical reversal of previously trained models is not feasible, the improvements already learned by those models may be retained in accordance with GDPR.
You can manage your preferences by contacting us. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and as required by law, Skillstr processes your personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent; for the performance of a contract with you; to comply with our legal obligations; or where we or a third party have a legitimate interest not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

3.5 To analyse audio or video recordings for personalised feedback, communication coaching, behavioural analysis, and other leadership development features that form part of the Skillstr experience.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with trusted third parties in the following cases:

All audio and video recordings are stored in secure, encrypted storage environments. Access to the files is strictly controlled and limited to authorised personnel who require access to provide the service.
Recordings are always transmitted over encrypted channels. We may use recordings for training our AI models to improve your feedback.
Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
- Access: Request confirmation and copy of data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.

- Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent (e.g. marketing), you may withdraw consent at any time.
On voice/video recordings:
- Right to Delete Recordings: You may delete any or all of your recordings at any time via your account settings in app.
- Right to Access and Download Recordings: You may request a downloadable copy of your recordings in a commonly used audio or video format.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for recording storage at any time, after which no further recordings will be processed and existing recordings will be deleted unless you request otherwise.
To exercise these rights, email us at info@skillstr.me or write to our address. We may request verification of your identity before fulfilling your request, and will respond within statutory timelines (usually 30 days).
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons. We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for up to 2 years after closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Recordings: Audio and video recordings are retained from the date of creation unless you delete them earlier, withdraw consent, or request erasure. We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable analysis outputs for product improvement.
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that data as soon as possible.
In cases where we transfer your data to servers located outside your country, we ensure that proper safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When transferring data internationally, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Sharing of Recordings with Service Providers

By signing up for Skillstr app, you give explicit consent for Skillstr to collect and store your audio/video recording for the purpose of personalised coaching and analysis. Your recordings will be stored securely, can be deleted at any time, and will not be used for advertising or shared outside our service providers.
You may withdraw this consent whenever you choose.
